Especially calcium is really important for your bones. Your body will take calcium from your bones in your advanced years, which oftentimes results in bone shrinking. These are all key reasons to why exercising and keeping a good diet are so important.

Even if you are past adulthood, there are still several ways to increase your height. Many of these alterations involve your wardrobe, shoes, hair, posture and attitude.
