Healthy Recipes - White Beans & Beef Soup

Being healthy starts with what you put in your body. It is also a state of mind and a way of living and just not a way of eating. Making healthy recipes can be quite easy and very tasty as well if done right.
When I talk about healthy recipes, your first thought might be that you have to cut all carbs and fat but the reality is your body needs good carbs and good fats. It is no different than anything in life which is finding the balance which what will translate into tasty healthy recipes.

So when I say finding the balance in cooking healthy recipes, it basically means that you have to know what type of fats are good versus which ones are bad and same goes for carbs. Another thing to look out for is to monitor what you already ate during the day and what you haven't ate yet that is needed to fill the gap of finding the balance towards living a healthier life using health recipes as a tool.

Here's healthy recipes that I would like to share with you. First healthy recipes is a soup recipe that is full of flavor but is also very hearty and full of protein and other nutrients.

This healthy recipes I have to share with you is White Beans & Beef Soup in a tomato broth. Below is the ingredients to this
healthy recipes.

Beef Shank " 1.5 lbs " 2lbs
White Beans " 8oz
Tomato Paste " 1 cup
Minded Garlic or Fresh Garlic Mashed " 1 tablespoon
Sweet Paprika " 1 tablespoon
Cumin " 1 tablespoon
Turmeric " 1 teaspoon
Salt " 2 teaspoon
Oil " 1/2 Cup

Next for this healthy recipes, take a Big Pot and cover it almost halfway with water and start bringing it to a boil. At the same time, take the Beef Shank and starting cutting out the fat and nerves on the outside of the beef and cut in a couple of pieces as well.
Wash the beef and give it a quick dry with a paper towel.
Take a frying pan, put oil, and turn high.
When oil is ready, place the beef shank for 2 minutes on each side.
Once beef is ready, put it in the pot with boiling water.
Cook the beef for 10 minutes and clean out the foam puzz it extracts to make it healthy recipes.
When clean, add the white beans, tomato paste, garlic, paprika, cumin, turmeric, and salt.
Mix it good. When it comes to a boil, cover it and turn it to medium low. Cook for about 60-90 minutes. Let it cool off and simmer before serving.
