Some people are blessed growing up in a rich family. I was very blessed growing up and spoiled rotten when it came to eating like a champ with my mom's chicken recipes . Of course she learned everything she knew from grandma in which those chicken recipes passed on from generation to generation and now it has been passed on to me; the first male ever in the family to tackle on these chicken recipes and be the chef of the house.

I will be sharing with you these amazing chicken recipes that I have learned and hope you enjoy the great food when you make this at home. Cooking healthy is simpler than you may think. Everything is easy in life when you know how to do it and everything is hard when you don't know. It just takes a bit time to learn the art of chicken recipes and then you are on your way to eating healthy and inexpensive at the same time.

Whether you are feeding a family of five or just cooking for yourself I have many chicken recipes that you can make to either feed that whole family or have food for the whole week.

For example, Hameen is a chicken recipes which is slow cooked chicken or beef with potatoes, yams, hard boiled eggs which will be the best hard boiled eggs you ever tasted, rice and chick peas is one of the easiest chicken recipes that I can show you. Not only it is pretty cheap to make at an average of $3 a full plate serving, but it will be one of the juiciest and tender dishes you will have, but it also amazingly flavorful due to the fact that you are slow cooking it for 12-15 hours. This chicken recipes process allows for all the flavors to combine which is why that hardboiled egg comes out amazing. The egg turns brown and gets all the flavors from the chicken, yams and everything else in there. We also put Turmeric in there which is a very health spice, adds color to your dish and makes also helps bring out the flavor in this dish. Below is step by step directions on how to make this chicken recipes come to life
